The all-new ‘Brush for Health’ tagline will raise awareness of the systemic links between oral healthand overall body health.
The campaign will focus on the link between gum disease and serious general health conditions like heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and low birth weight babies.
National Smile Month has been running successfully for 32 years in the UK and last year press coverage alone reached some 54 millionpeople nationwide.
By working together, the International Dental Health Foundation and Oral Health America hope to educate, inform and infl uence an even larger global audience on the importance of good oral care for a healthy mouth and body. |
